I booked the Chiang Mai Cooking School experience through With Locals, a website that aims to connect travellers with locals around South East Asia and now they have started to do the same over in Europe too!

The video is about me being in Chiang Mai, what it was like going to a Thai Cooking school and a step by step process of how I got on with all the dishes, but enough of me talking, lets get watching!:

I’ve just picked up a new iPhone 6 plus and plan to be doing a lot of new HD filming projects in the close future, So far I’ve been highly impressed with the standard of quality I’m able to record on this device, I will post a blog soon about How I’m getting on with this device.
