I’ve done this on countless occasions and it’s simply down to hit or miss. But when it does work, the time it’s taken to put together that email is going to be a worthy investment in your time.

Many companies will happily sell 10 tickets at a discount than sell any at all, your a walking group of customers, which will make any business happy, work out how to maximise this opportunity and see what you can find. This already works for school groups, make this work for your group.

This ranges from, van rental, accommodation, eating out, attractions, loads of areas, email around and ask if they can offer you a group deal ahead of time, you will be surprised to see what comes back, many would be interested in your business and will only take a bit of advance research.

It’s not easy to find a deal this way, as each accommodation option only allocates a limited amount of rooms to each booking system, it can be tricky to find a place that can accommodate you, best to contact them direct and ask for a group booking.

if you are a group of 10 you might as well be better off renting a holiday home or luxury lodge on the coast. Just because it looks expensive, it doesn’t have to be. One example would be to look at websites such as Blue Chip holidays, which have Holiday cottages that can cater for large groups.

Split the room costs with a group of friends and you’re quickly finding that travelling with more can become affordable as renting a whole space can work out to be cheaper than a hotel when you split the total cost up amongst friends.

Having your own private space becomes more enjoyable as well as you have it all to yourself to enjoy each others company, this makes the trip far more exciting to have your own personal space and helps encourage more to sign up as it’s a fun idea, for sure something to consider.

If you was to go for a Hostel option, first you will have to find a room that will first be able to handle the size of your group, you might have to split up between rooms around the hostel and you also might have to share with others.

It’s fun to eat out on your travels, but when travelling in a large group this will start to add up each night, chipping in with a group of friends and creating a grocery pot and cooking and preparing your own meals can save you a packet.

This can be a fun option to visit a local supermarket and pick up local produce and attempt to try and cook up a local dish. Budgeting can be fun and especially with meals such as Breakfast, this can be put together in bulk and save you a nice tidy amount. Self catering options can make this happen and you will have everything you will need in the kitchen to make this happen, maybe even a BBQ, happy days!

When you’re staying in a self catering holiday rental, normally the owner will decorate the place to make it feel more homely and comfortable making it a more fun environment and a more enjoyable holiday.

Travel should create moments you want to remember, if you’ve all chipped in to enjoy something special, you never know where you might end up, by the coast, overlooking a stunning view, you can choose the location that suits all of you better, you have freedom with your choice when booking a holiday home in large numbers.

Parking options can cost a bomb
