From here you can take the free bus U3 that is 4 stops away, which will take you directly outside the hotel. Journey time will be around 5-10 minutes and the buses are rather frequent.

Alternatively, you can take the hotel hopper bus located at all terminals which will cost you £4.50 for a single ride and will pick you up from outside of the hotel to make your way back. Have a chat with the front desk staff for a timetable.
